Change the e-mail on your own

Please enter in the field below the login e-mail, the Fiscal Code and the new e-mail OF THE CONSULTANT TO WHOM YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE E-MAIL and where to send the NEW validation e-mail. Once the change has been made, an e-mail will be sent to the NEW e-mail address you provide to activate your profile; this NEW e-mail must be used to log in to the website.
PLEASE NOTE THAT this function can only be used to change the e-mail address of a Consultant who has not yet validated his/her Chogan profile.
